"Rest in Peace" my Little Friends! Until next year!

"Rest in Peace"
My little Friends~~Until Next Year!

It's a very sad day at my house! Yes it's time to say goodbye to my Halloween Friends! All tucked away in their little cabinet until next year. The good news is they are behind glass and I can take a peek at them everyday if I choose. I am sure I will sneek a peak now and then. Oh how much joy they bring to me around this time of the year.

Until then!!! 2009

Oh I know how you feel. I am about to put away my witch collection too. It is times like this that I wish I had a huge old house with at lest twenty rooms so I could keep a room for all my things (halloween, christmas, chickens, old books....you get the idea)
Anyway your things are lovely and I will look forward to you sharing them again next year.

What a fun cabinet to be able to peek in....and get inspired by.

Love the cabinet. Oh well you can still look at them everyday but now it is on to Christmas. I can't wait to see how you decorate your home for that.

Awww- I feel you! I'm having a HARD time saying Goodbye to my Halloweenie items too! Halloween is my most FAVE time of the year as is the month of October! I"m taking my stuff down tomorrow. *whispers maybe one more day after that*

I'm right there with ya Kim. Putting everything away is so sad. At least you have a glass cabinet so you can take a peek now and then. Mine are in orange tubs in the basement (no upstairs storage I'm afraid).

I agree Kim.........after Halloween is kind of depressing when the kids have to go back into storage.......I always let them stay out and play a little bit longer though......hehehe!

I leave much of what others would consider Halloween themed items up all year and go crazy with more in September and October. Usually I am reluctant to take stuff down until Thanksgiving is upon us but unusually, this year I'm already ready to move into the winter holiday theme and season. But I sure know that sadness of putting away the favorite orange and black lovelies for another year.
